Are you local?
Yes, we are local and based in Milton Keynes, passionate about delivering you the very best house cleaning services.
Will the same cleaner come each time?
Yes, our policy is that we send the same cleaner to you for each clean. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll give you the option of a substitute but we also understand you may only like having one person in your home. We’ll work around whatever suits you.
How do I make payment?
After we’ve cleaned, we will send an electronic invoice via email for you to pay, you can use credit or debit card, bank transfer or Apple and Google Pay. If you take multiple services with us and they are over the course of a week you will be invoiced together at the end of the week.
Do I need to provide the cleaning products?
If we are providing everything you don’t need to worry. If you want to we ask that you provide the cleaning products along with a working mop and hoover. We’ll send you a list before we start cleaning with you.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
No problem! Just give us as much notice as possible—we know life happens. However, for same-day cancellations of our house cleaning services, we reserve the right to bill for the scheduled clean.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we don’t make you sign a contract so that means you’re free to cancel whenever you like.
Are you insured?
Yes we are insured with public and professional liability insurance in-case anything goes wrong.
What hours and schedule can I choose?
Our minimum is 2 hours and we offer cleaning either weekly or fortnightly.
Do you check your cleaners for criminal records?
Yes, all our cleaners undergo a background criminal record check and certificates can be produced upon request.
How do I re-arrange an appointment?
If you need to re-arrange an appointment for any reason, please get in touch via WhatsApp to 07747471093 to let us know as early as possible.
If an appointment is re-arranged when will the cleaner come next?
We operate our cleaners on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, this means that if an appointment is cancelled in week 1 and you have cleaning bi-weekly we will not return until week 3 unless otherwise agreed between us.
