At Home Legends we take ethics and sustainability seriously and do everything we can to minimise our impact on the environment and to operate a business our customers love supported by our amazing team.

Our Core Business Ethics

At the very heart of the reasons Home Legends exists is to offer our customers a different way of looking after their home and how we do this is of the utmost importance to us.

  • We believe in offering value for money for the services you receive from us, this doesn’t mean always the cheapest.
  • Our team are very important to us, this means we pay them well we do this to keep a good bunch together. We believe this means long term success for us and the best service for our customers.
  • Relationships are important to us, we’re in business to make money after all but not at the expense of making the most we can out of every single job. We’d rather make less and have a long-term relationship with our customers.
  • Transparency, we doing everything we can do be as transparent as possible with our pricing. If we have to put up our prices for any reason, we’ll explain the reasons why and give you notice. It will never to be to put profits first.
  • The Environment is important to us and making sure we make good choices with anything from the chemicals we may have to use to clean a patio to the routes we use for our gardening minimising travel time and use of fuel.
  • We’re an honest bunch, this means we won’t oversell to you we’ll look at your house like it is our home. So if we can repair something instead of replacing it we’ll suggest it.
