IMPORTANT PAYMENT CHANGES FROM THE 1st of NOVEMBER 2024

We wanted to let you know about some changes we are making to how you make payments to Home Legends, we are made up of four different companies

  • Home Legends Gardening Ltd (Regular gardening, hedge cutting etc)
  • Home Legends Cleaning Ltd (Regular cleaning services, dog walking)
  • Home Legends Exterior Cleaning Ltd (Window Cleaning, Gutters, Patio & Driveway cleaning etc)
  • Home Legends Landscaping Ltd (Larger construction projects, fencing and patio builds etc)

Each of the above companies have different bank accounts and are separate to one another, we use a credit/debit card processing system now (which charges you nothing but us hefty fees, boooo!) which we want to avoid by asking our customers to pay via bank transfer into the relevant company’s bank account without either of us incurring any fees (win!). Though we fully appreciate for some customers flexible payment options are beneficial, so we don’t plan on turning off the system but add a fee of 2 % of the overall transaction to recover those fees.

We will make this change from the 1st of November 2024 (we take no liability in fees charged after this date and will offer no refund of any fees incurred if you pay by error and are charged).

Your options

  1. Our recommended option is for you to pay by bank transfer as this is free for both of us (win!) the correct bank details for your invoice are included in two ways
    1. The PDF attached to the emailed invoice.
    2. Clicking the ‘Review and Pay’ green button, scrolling down and pressing ‘View Invoice Details’ which will show you the bank details that need to be used for that invoice.
  2. Pay by Credit or With Debit Card and incur a 2% fee in the total invoice value.
